Information we collect
When you submit the consultation request form, we collect:
- your first and last name and your email address (required);
- your phone number, company and job title, if you choose to provide them;
- the date and time of your request and the page you sent it from.
When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- to respond to your request and arrange a consultation or demo;
- to communicate with you about your request and any resulting business relationship;
- to keep the website secure and working properly;
- to meet our legal obligations.
We process your information because you asked us to contact you, because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or because the law requires it. We do not use your information for automated decision-making.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and handle email (for example our hosting and email providers), who may process it only on our instructions, and with authorities where the law requires us to. Some of these providers may store information outside Jordan; where they do, we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however.

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
